WANSUK SUTING lives in a village at BORNIHAT with his parents. He comes from poorest of the poor family. His father is farmer, hence he was not able to work. His family income was below Rs. 2000/- per month. His Village Owner gave him the news about DDUGKY Skill Development Training . After getting this Job he can able to satisfy his family. Now he with his family members are very happy. After completing the course he got placed with  salary of 6000 INR.

WANRYNGKAT belongs to a very poor family, his father was a farmer and earning only Rs. 3000/- per month which is not sufficient for his family. Due to poor economic condition took education only up to 10th class. He was looking for an opportunity where he can get some skills and a good job so that he can support his family. In the month of Aug’18 he got to know about free placement linked skill development training programmer through  (DDUGKY) being implemented by Govt. and enrolled himself in Automobile Skills Technician domain. After Successful completion of training he got a good job in Pune. as a trainee with salary of Rs. 10,100/- and incentives. He said now he is able to contribute to his family and he started his education again.

He  joined French Motor Commercial (FMC) TATA Motors Commercial) on 17.08.2018.

Very First, i would like to thank you for organizing joint ToT between ASDC & NPTC, UK on Electric vehicle which is very unique in its structure. As i know, success of any training program largely depends on Effective pedagogies used and designed asynchronous activities and that is what is the beauty of this ToT which is making sessions engaging, entertaining and educational. During the training / sessions, Mr. Daniel and Mr. Williams are throwing the ICQ's wherever required and they are more towards asking Probing questions which is helping to extract detailed information on the topic. Overall, its a knowledge gaining and awesome learning experience so far. Awaiting such a ToT's in the near future
